This study aims to evaluate the sodium content of packaged foods in Argentina, Costa Rica, Paraguay, and Peru between 2015 and 2018. The researchers analyzed food label data to determine how many packaged foods met the sodium targets set by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO).
